About The Author
Klaus Metzenauer has been the owner of the EMPECO Management Academy since 2005 and is a successful management consultant, trainer, coach and keynote speaker for hundreds of listed and medium-sized companies. Many of his more than 2,000 events have led to double- and triple-digit sales and profit increases in companies, international awards and highly fulfilling life success for hundreds of executives.
Klaus Metzenauer’s international education includes a degree in business administration, training in philosophy, psychology, lean consulting, NLP, neuroscience, hypnosis training and systemic coaching. He is, amongst others, a Master NLP, Master Consultant Human Resources of the European Coaching Association and Master in Cognitive Neuroscience.
Previously, Klaus Metzenauer worked successfully for more than a decade as head of internal auditing and managing director of international production companies. At Münster University of Applied Sciences, he was voted “Best Lecturer of the Year” several times.
